There is a $20 application fee and $100 deposit due at time of registration. The application fee for kindergarten is $25 and the deposit is $200. These fees are non-refundable. The deposit will go toward your child's tuition at the rate of $10 a month ($20 a month for kindergarten.) Tuition may be paid in 10 monthly installments due on the 15th day of the month August through May. The fees below do not reflect the deposit credit. Upon enrollment, you will need to pay a small activities/supplies fee to cover field trips and some necessary materials. The amount varies depending on the age of the child.
Make checks payable to Small Scholars Preschool, LLC. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. A 3% processing fee will apply for all payments made by credit card. Payments may be dropped off at the school, made over the phone via credit card, or mailed to: Small Scholars Preschool, LLC, 130 Augustine Avenue, #46, Charles Town, WV 25414. Please note that all payments mailed must reach our office on the due date. All late payments will be assessed a $15.00 late fee. Unpaid tuition may constitute a student's dismissal from the program.
